Frequently asked questions
When can I expect to book a consultation?
This ebbs and flows with the seasons, but we book you in as quickly as possible. Once you connect and fill out the questionnaire on our site, you’ll get an email with next steps to book your consultation. We’ll reach out to you shortly after hearing from you, usually within three days.
What do I need to provide you prior to meeting?
Fill out the form on our contact page so we can send you a questionnaire in order to understand your project goals ahead of time. This is a questionnaire with some simple questions that will help us get to know you, understand your space, and get us thinking about how to solve your design problems and best bring you joy.
What if we decide to proceed with a package instead of hourly?
That’s great! Don’t panic when you’re filling out the questionnaire. You may not know exactly what you need, and that might change over the course of a few discussions or at the consultation. If you change your mind later, or we recommend a design package to provide you with the best value, we’ll update your profile.
What can I expect following our meeting?
This depends on the project. In most cases, you can expect us to return to you with a summarized moodboard of the outcomes from the meeting and what the space has called for. We’ll be clear in our meeting on what the outcome will be, so there will be no surprises (only on colour palettes!).
What if I have more questions or need clarification during the implementation on my own?
Choosing the by the hour option gives you great flexibility. You can test the waters, and then see where we land. If you want to upgrade to a package after our initial meeting or add additional services, you’ll be able to do so.
