What you’ll get
CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE
We want to know all about you! What makes you tick? What gets you excited? We want to bring your personality into the space.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Here we’ll listen to the challenges you have with the existing space, learn about your vision, how you'd like to use it, what your lifestyle is, and how you'd like to feel in the space.
FLOOR PLAN OR ELEVATION
This geometrical drawing depicts one vertical plane of the space — think 2D. Depending on the project, this might also include technical drawings that are used to build custom details like built-ins, cabinetry, trim work, and stair systems.
MOODBOARD
The snapshot that contains all the inspiration. This includes palettes, products, finishings, art, and whatever else the space calls for. The moodboard brings it all together, so you can see at a glance the joy the space will bring.
SHOPPING LIST
Your moodboard includes links to perfect products that make it easy to complete your space. Purchase these suggested products, or substitute with something you find on Facebook Marketplace!
HAND DRAWINGS
We’ll sketch out the room, the layout, and finishing touches. This is great for the visual learners, and makes it easier to picture.
FINISHING SPECS
This is a list of details about a material or product, so you, the builder, or the contractor knows what to order and how to install it.

So, how do you make it work? We’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions, so you can evolve your space with ease.

Frequently asked questions
When can I expect the first meeting?
This ebbs and flows with the seasons, but we book you in as quickly as possible. Once you connect and fill out the questionnaire on our site, you’ll get an email with next steps to book your consultation. We’ll reach out to you shortly after hearing from you, usually within three days.
What if the package scope changes during development or on consultation call?
No problem! Our goal is to design a space that meets your needs and brings you joy. If that means reviewing your package options or adding a few hours, we’ll do that. We will collaborate to find the solution that works for you, and you’ll never be surprised by an invoice.
When can I expect the first mood/design boards?
This will be discussed in our initial meeting, and can depend on your timeline and our pipeline. Generally, you will receive the first moodboard a week or two after our consultation with our goal to bring initial thoughts and ideas to the first consultation to see what sticks, what brings joy.
Will we have a meeting to discuss the direction to go in following design options?
We’ll deliver the moodboard and walk you through our vision, so that you are empowered to move forward with the concept. Once you agree upon the proposed design, the final deliverables are prepared and presented within two weeks. If you decide on additional scope after this, we can work with you to execute.
How many options will I receive?
With the basic package, you will receive one design direction option, and with the signature package, you will receive two. The options are derived from the questionnaire and the consultation.
What if the furniture you suggest becomes discontinued?
If the furniture is seasonal and becomes discontinued within one year, we will help you source another option. Oftentimes we suggest similar options for you to pick from. Oh the choices!
What if I have more questions or need clarification during the implementation on my own? Quick questions VS additional services.
If you’ve got a quick question or want to clarify something, we’re happy to chat. We want you to be happy, and love your new space. If you decide you want help executing — ordering, working with tradespeople, builders, etc — then we’re happy to discuss additional scope.
